Welcome to Justin's Wish, We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt charity.

 

This organization was originally created to help a seriously ill little boy named Justin Scott Foster and his family deal with the burdens that come with having a life threatening disease.

 

We are a national non-profit foundation focused on Education, Awareness and Continuing Medical Education for childhood cancer. Justin’s Wish also offers scholarships to students in the medical field with specific concentration in pediatric oncology.

 

Our quest is to find a cure by partnering with researchers and educating leading physicians and caregivers nationwide.

Here area few facts about childhood cancer:

 

• Worldwide, more than 160,000 children are diagnosed with cancer each year.

 

• Childhood cancer research funding accounts for only 3.8% of all cancer research funding allotted by the federal government.

 

• Three out of five pediatric cancer patients develop chronic health problems because treatments are so harsh.

 

• In 2013-2014 90% of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation’s total expenses were allocated to program services.

 

• Cancer is the leading cause of death by disease among children under the age of 15 in the United States.
