Scott Foster, Founder
Scott Foster is the founder of Justin's Wish. Scott is an entrepreneur with a background in advertising and marketing. He has successfully owned and operated many different businesses during his 30-year career. Scott also held major leadership roles in some of the worlds largest companies.
Scott is currently the President of Foster Communications, a full service-branding agency. Scott is an award winning, self-motivated director and team leader, with a record of success in management, marketing, and team building. Scott is a strong problem solver with the ability to resolve issues and a persuasive communicator with well-developed presentation skills. He is an accomplished public speaker and has worked with many different charities in the past.
Bill Bartzak, board member
Bill Bartzak is the former president, CEO, and founder of MD On-Line, Inc. (MDOL). A veteran entrepreneur, Bill is a frequent speaker at healthcare and medical technology industry conferences, and authored the "Inside the Minds: CEO’s Best Practices – Skills, Values & Strategies for Successful CEOs" series of books for C-level executives.
Bill also serves as an advisor on the board for Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Institute of Public Health and Medicine of New Jersey. In 2010, Bill was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Jack Giacalone, board member
Jacks goal is to provide families and business owners with assistance in building and obtaining their financial Goals. Jack has the skills, knowledge and experience required to help meet his client’s expectations. His personal goal is to become a lifetime resource for each and every client.
Jack is licensed to sell securities in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Florida. He is also insurance-licensed in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Allison Faith Rodman, board member
Alison Rodman is a Westfield, New Jersey native and proud graduate of University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Alison started her career in luxury goods public relations and branding, and was the Director of Marketing for an international design firm by the age of 24. She then spent over 10 years in fashion as a personal & editorial wardrobe stylist, writer and television host.
She founded both her own wardrobe consulting company and the popular online magazine Stylewhipped.com, and made regular appearances on Sirius XM Radio and Fox News as a fashion and trend expert. Alison’s styling work has appeared on magazine covers, NYC theater stages & red carpets, and she has served as an international brand ambassador.
Matthew Brown, board member
Matthew Brown is President of J & J Brown Carriers, he grew up on a ranch in Wyoming where he learned his most valuable lesson of having a strong work ethic. Matthew graduated from Pennfield High School. After high school, Matthew graduated from CDI in South Bend, Indiana.
In 2005 after Hurricane Katrina, he was recruited to participate in the disaster relief efforts in New Orleans. He also had the opportunity to assist the Army Corps of Engineers with strengthening and rebuilding damaged levees.
After eight years in Louisiana, Matthew relocated to New York to begin working on one of the country’s largest environmental clean-ups on the Hudson River, acting as a project superintendent and operations manager, overseeing large teams and multi-million dollar projects.
